How to play an M3U playlist in your browser
This frontend-only prototype lets you explore your own playlist without an account or an installed player.
Choose how to add your playlist
Choose an M3U file
Choose an M3U or M3U8 file from your device. Its text is parsed in this browser, without a backend upload from this frontend-only prototype.
From playlist to playback
Add
Paste a playlist URL or choose a local playlist file from the player on the Home page.
Parse
The player reads playlist entries and available metadata, then shows the channels it can parse.
Choose
Search or browse the channel rail, then select a channel you are allowed to access.
Watch
Use the player controls for playback, volume, or fullscreen when the source and browser support them.

If browser playback fails, choose Copy stream URL yourself, then open VLC and choose Media → Open Network Stream. Paste the copied address and select Play.
This player does not copy or open VLC automatically. You remain in control of whether to use an external player and which stream to open.
Troubleshooting
No channels found or malformed playlist
Check that the file contains valid playlist entries and stream addresses. A playlist with no playable entries cannot populate the channel list.
HTTP or mixed-content blocking
A secure page can be blocked from loading insecure HTTP resources. Use sources that meet your browser security requirements.
Offline or expired source
Third-party playlists and streams can change, expire, or go offline. Confirm the source is still available and that you have permission to use it.
Unsupported browser codec or format
A parsed channel may still fail to play when its stream format or codec is not supported by the browser on your device.
Cross-origin or source restrictions
Some providers limit where a playlist or stream can be requested. Browser cross-origin rules and source restrictions can prevent playback.
Your local player data
Favorites and recent history remain in this browser. This prototype does not create an account or sync those records to another device.
